Two posts in one day, wow! Pictures of the hounds modeling their Christmas attire and from this morning when they were ready to go out in the snow. Poor hounds, they were not happy. The snow was so deep at 6:30 am, they wouldn't even go off the deck. Mommy forgot to tuck their snoods inside their Toastie Coats and the wind was so fierce their snoods were almost blown inside out. They have the look of "What just happened out there", when they came back in. Enjoy!

Paper Ornaments
With all the hussle and bussle of Christmas, it's been a while since I have had a chance to post anything to my blog.
I made a couple of paper ornaments using stamps from Holly Berry House. These were made in several layers and lots and lots of glitter.
Christmas Eve I decided to make an ornament using one of my Nestabilities that I didn't have a chance to play with yet and the Play It Again Sam precolored image from Sassy Cheryl's fit the ornament perfectly. For that ornament I used some real shiny gold metallic paper, probably has a name for that paper just at this moment I don't know what it is. I did have to cut out the space to place the image with an Xacto knife. Now that is scary, me and sharp objects, not a good mix!
The pictures may not be the greatest but the ornaments look so much nicer in real life and they looked adorable on my tree.

I'm Addicted to Snowmen!
Here's a couple more cards I made for my Etsy Store. Images are precolored images from Sassy Cheryl's and most of the papers that I use to create my cards are from Stampin Up.

Flat Bottom Snowy
My newest card using a precolored image from Sassy Cheryl's called Flat Bottom Snowy. Popped him up using the Nestabilities scalloped circle and sprayed the background paper for a shimmer effect. A couple of bows to match the color of his scarf. I added glitter to the snow on his mittens, nose and crystal effects for a glossy effect on his scarf, hat, and buttons. It's a little Chilly out there!

Proud to be a Featured Sassy Friend
Every Monday at Sassy Cheryl's, she features a new Sassy Friend. I am so honored this week to be the Featured Sassy Friend. Cheryl's images are so much fun to create with.
For my card, I chose the precolored image, Load of Cake. I used papers from Stampin up, which makes the image pop. I added glitter and crystal effects for a glossy icing, candles, and those purple shoes. I just love those purple shoes, so I added purple flowers with the pearls as embellishments. I gave her an ankle bracelet with a tag that says 4 YOU.
Thank you Cheryl, for featuring me on your blog. You made my day!

Poinsetta Tag
Here's a cute little Poinsetta tag I made today using Copic Markers. I think I'll use this as a Christmas ornament instead of a tag.

Snowmen in Love
I just love this Snowmen In Love image from Sassy Cheryl's. Created with red & white cardstock. The white background is embossed which is a little hard to see in this picture. I sprayed the white cardstock with Frost White all purpose ink to make shimmer paper. Added rhinestones, snowflake, organza ribbon, a scalloped oval and a tag that says "Snow Much Love", and glitter. I also added SU Crystal Effects to the noses and the dots on the scarf for gloss.
I'm going to enter this in Sassy Cheryls' Count Down To Christmas challenge. I've never entered a challenge before so this is a first for me.

Cardinal & Snowman Christmas Card
I created this card using Riding Hood Red & Avacado cardstock and the Snowman precolored image from Sassy Chery's. I think I have an addiction to Cheryl's images. I am also hooked on glitter, seems I have to put glitter on every card.

My Newest Creations
My newest creations, using the images from Sassy Cheryl's. Made with Stampin Up cardstock and decorative papers. I made the scalloped circles with the Nestabilities from Spellbinders. I just love those Nestabilities. I also cut out the little sign on the first card that says Snowman Parts and popped it up for a 3-D effect.

Gliding Snowman Christmas Card
This is my newest creation that I just added to my Etsy Shop.

Husband says the snowman needed a tophat so I added a few snowflakes instead.
I added tiny red rhinestones to the center of the snowflakes on the background paper.

Happy Birthday Tags
Tags were made using papers from Basic Grey
This is also a good way to use up all that extra paper that we all have.

Eyes of a Child Christmas Card
I loved this Sassy Cheryl's precolored image and just had to make a card out of it.
Inside reads: In the eyes of a child
they are all 30 feet tall.
Reminded me of Chrismas' with my family when I was a child.
We always had big Christmas trees, or at least they looked big to me!
